Customer for 6 years!

Anytime I've had to reach out to customer support. They have been incredibly helpful and kind. My security system works perfectly and I like that I am able to add different products onto my existing system when I need it. Great company!

We have had our cove system for almost a year. We love love love it. Easy to use. Easy set up. Customer service has been super awesome when I’ve had questions. My entire family owns one now. I obviously would recommend this product to anyone.

Cove customer since 2019

Having been a Cove customer since 2019, I have been thoroughly impressed with the attentiveness and responsiveness from customer support, though there has been little need to contact them as the products tend to work without issues. I have been extremely satisfied with Cove's products and services.

My experience with Cove so far is 100% better than my experience with SimpliSafe. The customer service person was knowledgeable and did not give me a long list of excuses that I was given by the other company. The product was also a lot more affordable. The people there know what they are doing and are friendly.

I'm so happy I moved to Cove. I haven't had to contact Cove much regarding my account, and that alone tells me how good they are, but when I have had to contact them, they have always been courteous and professional. Their products and services are the best and super reliable - and reasonable.
