Nick went above and beyond to provide superior service. He fixed all of my camera issues. This required him to locate a discontinued account and remove all of the existing cameras from it so they could be reinstalled. Nick demonstrated patience in explaining detailed steps to be taken. His goal was to resolve all of my complex issues by going the extra mile. He never sounded frustrated when something didn’t work the first time it was attempted.

Just received my system
Just received my system. Went to set everything up and the alarm panel would not power on. Mary Joy was awesome in helping to troubleshoot the problem. When that did not work, she processed a replacement panel for me and credited my account. Bummer, I wasn't able to get my system setup. But I truly appreciate the great customer service.

Nick was very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He figured out my issue even though I was extremely frustrated with the lack of connection with the Touchpad and Hub. He went above and beyond and manually transferred my sensors to the new Touchpad. All I had to do was open everything so it triggered them for the new system. He made sure I was up and running before getting off the phone. Amazing agent!!!
