great service and easy install

I ordered my system a few days ago and needed 19 door/window sensors for this crazy sunroom we have. Upon installation, which is SUPeR easy, I realized that I was missing one sensor. I called and was promptly assisted and they will be sending a new sensor. If the customer service is this great during the COVID-19 pandemic, I can only imagine it will be amazing when this is all over! The sensors are very slim and barely noticeable. Seems like a great system so far.

Above and Beyond!

So far we are beyond happy with our Cove system. Their customer service is above and beyond what i ever expected. I was unsure if my township required a permit for an alarm system and they actually made calls to my township and searched the internet to find the answers for me. That was not something they had to do for me, just an example of how they go above and beyond. I would HIGHLY recommend Cove to anyone in the market for a security system, although their equipment is fantastic, its the people behind the equipment that truly give me peace of mind!

My wife and I worked the representative Jasmine P after dealing with MULTIPLE problems and many other reps. After dealing with these other problems and reps, we were ready to return the system for a refund and call it quits with the company. She not only was the MOST pleasant person we have dealt with within the company, but by the time we were done talking, she not only had has staying as a customer but also felt comfortable with Cove and made us feel like we could also be friends with her. Every other person we have spoke with within the company was ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Jasmine went out of her way to make everything right, made sure we had the right equipment and made sure said equipment was working correctly. She made sure we knew how to work our system and was comfortable with the keypad and knew all the "ins and outs" and knew everything we needed to know. She even went as FAR as to give us her personal work email so we could make sure could talk to her when we were ready to set our replacement equipment up. Jasmine is a STAR employee and should be treated as such. You can that she takes pride in her job and when I told her that I was a retired firefighter/ EMT and disabled veteran and appreciated QUALITY customer service like hers, you could hear the tears in her voice. Not only does this woman deserve a raise, she should be running the department if not more. When my step-daughter gets her system, she will be the ONLY person we deal with.....137% the hands down BEST customer experience I have EVER had.....ANYWHERE was from Jasmine and I truly hope she gets recognized for it

I had only had the Cove system around 2…

I had only had the Cove system around 2 weeks. My basement drain became clogged and backed up. Thankfully I got the flood sensor with my system. The alarm sounded before any water got to my newly installed hardwood floors. I cannot express how grateful I am for the Cove system. Saved me thousands. Also have to say the customer service is top notch. Jeric was very nice and helpful when I called in to order more sensors. Cove you have made a customer for life. Thank you.

My experience with Cove has been "above and beyond." The customer service rep I spoke with listened so well, answered all of my questions, and arranged for my equipment to be delivered asap.
