Customer service agent was fantastic! (Wish I could remember her name). Kind, intelligent and helped me out from the start of the phone call to the very end.

The young man was very nice, and friendly. I appreciated his customer service and I highly recommend using cove because of their customer service. It’s really hard to come by. So thank you for this experience. It was very easy to talk to them and they helped me and made it quick and simple.

The ordering experience was ok

The ordering experience was good. The installation was ridiculous!! Half the sensor would NOT sick!! Even after cleaning the surface multiple times. My painted wall was not the issue. The suppose 3m adhesive was stupid. Called customer support which was a COMPLETE nightmare! The CSR was foreign and he had mo idea what he was doing. I had an issue with one of the moton and glass break sensors, it said it was tampered with . They told me to open one of the sensors and put tape around the tamper sensor....Really!?!? Long story short, I had to bypass 2 if my sensors and told me he would rush the replacement sensors. It came 2 days later and I was only given one. Not satisfied not one bit! I would look elsewhere for a system. **UPDATE *** Was contact by a customer care manager, her name was Jasmine. She was awesome! She not only listened to my concerns, she was genuinely concerned about how customer service treated me. She totally took care of me. She completely changed my perspective of cove. Since the installation, it's been flawless. No issues, easy to use! I would recommend their services. Thanks again Jasmine!

Oredered at 5 in the morning it was at my doorstep at 5 that afternoon it's so simple to install my daughter could do it I've tested it and I'm blown away at how quick and responsive it is you won't be disappointed with it!

Great service, great system

I just received my Cove system and am already blown away by how cohesive and user friendly it is! It took me less than 39 minutes to set up (and only that long because of some user error by moi). I called customer support to resolve a small problem, Mitch helped me and was so kind! Even, and especially, when it came to light that the ‘missing’ piece of equipment I’d called about had just been placed under another package during the unboxing. (100% on me, I know.) My first experiences with Cove during install have totally affirmed my decision to go with them!

Dependable Monitoring, Fast Response Time, Excellent Customer Service

I ordered this DYI system with monitoring last month and have been nothing but impressed. I love that there is a discount for first responders and nurses! Part of why I chose this system over others is that Cove's control panel has cellular connectivity and is built to withstand temporary power outages thanks to its built-in 12-hour battery backup. Installation was a breeze! I accidentally set the system off via the remote key while working in my back yard and I had the police show up at my door within minutes. Now, that's fast response time and peace of mind! I just ordered some additional components and got great customer service from their representative, Jeric. Cove is soon expanding its list of components. I look forward to ordering Cove outdoor, indoor, and doorbell cameras, and being a long-time customer!
