I love cove it's the most reliable security system i have ever encounter. The very easy to install and 24hour 7 days a week support. Very affordable for everyone. I dont know what i would do without cove.

I called today to make my monthly…

I called today to make my monthly monitoring payment which is not due until the 27th of the month. You see my wife got laid off from work last Thursday and I just got laid off Tuesday this week and today we got paid and I figured I would pay my bill now so that I would not have any interruption of service for next month. Well to my surprise the rep that was helping me after hearing what has all happened told me that they were waiving my next month monitoring fee. That was awesome. I have given a few reviews of this company prior and they were good reviews. This company is by far the best I have had. I have dealt with Xfinity, century link and ADT in the past, and I can tell you that they were nothing like Covesmart. I would recommend and have recommended this company and I will continue to do so. Thank you Covesmart. Arsenio Torres

Today we installed our Cove system

Today we installed our Cove system. Jenny's help was invaluable and made the process go smoothly. She was friendly and patient and obviously knew what she was doing. She spent at least 1 1/2 hours with us on the phone and was obviously well trained and customer oriented. We never felt rushed and knew that she would be there for us regardless of how long this took. We applaud Cove for their excellent customer service. We needed Jenny to help us reinstall many of our three doors and eight window sensors caused by the fact that my husband installed the window and door sensors following the printed materials on how to do that. After talking to Jenny, he realized that he should have done all of the installation of the window and door sensors solely by doing the installation through the main panel. Instructions provided with the package should instruct the new user to work only with the main panel and not the printed material. We are very happy with the finished product, which is working fine.

I am satisfied with Cove security. They are always alert and responsive if needed. Customer service is great and always available This is my first and experience with this Company, and I am very satisfied. I will continue to use Cove to cover my security needs.

Worth every penny

To be honest, I was very unsure at first when getting a security system for so cheap. But ever since I got it, the folks at Cove have helped me a lot. From my sensor malfunctioning, to just general questions about how to test my system and fix the settings to my satisfaction. I just called because my sensor was acting up and the lady quickly sent out some spacers and more tape for the sensor to hopefully prevent false alarms. All in all, definitely a 5 star experience.

I'm really happy with the Cove system. Initially I thought the lack of smart connectivity was going to be a problem, but it's not. I can do everything I need from the app, or Alexa. Additionally, the customer service has been excellent.

Easy Install great Prices

Was very easy to install all the sensors. Reasonable price on hardware and monitoring. Only problem was motion sensor wasn't initially seen, but resolved with tech support. When signing into app the user name was a number with dashes which was sent to me, but needed to be entered without dashes. This might be the problem several people had reported in the comments on the app.

Better than SimpliSafe

Better than SimpliSafe. The Alarm Panel is great and so is the setup. I'm glad I switched.
