I absolutely love this company

I absolutely love this company. I ordered my system and was questionable at first. I received my system within the same week and self installed all the sensors and the panel within 20 minutes. The alarm is amazing, the customer service is fantastic, and it is so unbelievably affordable. I couldn't have picked a better security system. I am extremely happy with my decision to have cove security protect my home and my family! If you don’t have cove, you need to get it ASAP. Thank you to the entire Cove team, I appreciate you all!

Great Customer Service with Cove!

Rene in customer service was very helpful, demonstrating both knowledge and courtesy. He assisted us with setting up our Cove account in preparation for a vacation, and also helped us set up individual accounts to use the Cove smartphone app. He was very pleasant to work with, and patiently addressed each of our needs. Would give 10 stars! The cove service in general has been excellent, and a great value!

I would like to say right off the bat…

I would like to say right off the bat if your looking for a Security System that can do it all and also have the best customer service in the world and I truly mean the whole world.Cove deserves a 10 star rating hands down no questions asked because you get a Free Security system with select plans so pick the best plan to receive all your equipment for Free $400 worth and you can add more if need be but it's very easy to install the system in your home and I have noticed that all the equipment you receive down to the key fobs Cove used the best equipment solid look on everything and the Control Panel does so much to should just be a phone lol but I have never in my life seen a company come even close to what Cove offers lifetime warranty on all equipment so Cove is the best because I have had pretty much all the Security systems out there on the market and Cove crushes them all price wise and this free equipment is unbelievable top notch I had them all and acove is10xs cheaper

Absolutely positively the best customer service I have ever had with any company. I installed my Cove Alarm and had quite a few questions and each and every one of them were answered in detail. As far as the product itself, if it is as good as the customer service I am sure it will far exceed my expectations.

5 Star customer Service!

There were a couple snags while trying to setup the system. One sensor was bad and the main panel was having some trouble. Called and was talking to a live person in minutes. Had replacement parts quickly. I had the pleasure of working with Adam a couple times when trouble shooting and then setting up the main panel when I got the replacement. Adam is amazing and know when I talk to him things will be fixed quickly.

I have had Cove for a few months now and love the system and the support that the company provides! Never has it been easier to protect you home and family. One click to order and 20 minutes to install. Not to mention that the team at Cove is always just a phone call away! Happy to be a customer of a company that puts customers first!

This is a fantastic system. Inexpensive and easy to install. The monitoring fees are very affordable and the piece of mind is priceless. The monitoring company responds immediately when alarm is triggered without hesitation. I would highly recommend to anyone considering an alarm system. I opted for security, smoke, O2 and flood protection. I am sure all homeowners insurance companies will offer a policy discount for monitored protection like mine did. I can not say enough good things about this system. THE ONLY NEGATIVE I HAVE EXPERIENCE IS THE CELL SERVICE THEY USE. IT HAS INTERMITTENT SINGLE LOSS. MAKE SURE ATT CELL SERVICE IS GOOD IN YOUR ARE OR THE SYSTEM WILL BE USELESS AS A MONITORED SYSTEM. FORTUNATELY THE SERVICE IS ABOUT AVERAGE IN MY AREA. Would be nice if they teamed up with Verizon in my area. I have no cellphone issues with Verizon.

Your agent Jenny was a refreshing experience. I was not happy with At&T inconsistent service And had had no service for almost 24 hours this time. She was so courteous, and professional there was no way she was going to allow me to be unhappy. Great in today's world to find someone that cares and wants her customers satisfied. Give her a raise!

Best Alarm company

Great Alarm company. I’ve had ADT, and AT&T’s and I think Cove it’s the best of them. Super easy installation, even if you aren’t tech savvy. The control panel makes it a breeze to set up. The price is lower then most and their customer service is amazing. Jordan in customer service has gone out of his way to help. So glad I found them.

All my equipment came programmed…

All my equipment came programmed incorrectly so i had to delete it and start over reinstalling each item. It was a simple warehouse mistake. Setup was easy, it just took a bit longer. Choice of rooms is limited when naming each sensor. My daughter set it off this morning and we verified the response time at 38 seconds. Customer service is 11 stars. Id recommend any day.

Great system

Great system. Got it for our new House. With in a couple days of getting the system it alerted us to water coming into the basement. Everything was simple to setup. Did have minor issues but customer service was excellent and helped us resolve them. Will be buying a few more items to link to the system here soon.

Just had an Amazing Weekend.Thank you Suzanne for an amazing Welcome and Hone and Mel for meeting our every whim in the restaurant. Ava my Facial was one of the best I have ever and I mean that "EVER" had. Face feels amazing. But my out and out thanks goes to Gabrielle Head Chef and Julie Chef for going above and beyond for helping meet my dietary requirements in the restaurant. I know it can be difficult so THANK YOU all for making us feel like Royalty this weekend. See you all again hopefully very soon.... Just very sad to hand the Keys back.........Wish we all could permanently stay on holiday.
