Cove is a super easy to use system with great support

Cove is a super easy to use system with a great customer support system. I had to replace the touch panel and they walked me through it from start to finish. The tech guy Tim was great and super informative. He got me through the whole process within minutes and even stayed on the line while I checked everything and verified all communications and functionality. Part of his job I know, but even after verifying everything on his end he stayed past that to make sure I was good and completely comfortable with everything. Pretty cool. Thanks for the help Tim.

I previously had Spectrum. I’d say this is an updated system that was easy to install and works great, not to mention cheaper. The customer service has been great. I was able to get a technician rep on the line within 1-2 minutes which is rare these days. In addition the rep was knowledgeable and very helpful with resolving my initial issue. I’m loving my new system and can’t be any more pleased.

The best and simplest to operate system I have ever had. The have done a fantastic job making the interface panel so simple to figure out. Great support staff and great response time. I really can't think of anything that would make the system better. I love it.

I received my system on Saturday after ordering it on Friday, couldn't believe how quickly it arrived. While installing it I ran into a issue and the technical support person was easily able to walk me through it and get me up and running in no time. So far it's been a 5 star experience!

Cove was my choice

When I needed a security system for my home, I searched the internet and found Cove. I talked to a representative with Cove. He answered all my questions. When the system came, I had no problem installing it myself. When there have been times that the system alarmed, all accidentally, Cove has called immediately to make sure things were okay. I have had two other companies come to my door and try to get me to change. Why fix something that is not broken? They are so easy to contact, if I have any needs.

Christmas at the Loch

We enjoyed a Christmas break in Drimsynie as a family of four adults and one child, absolutely stunning scenery and the staff were awesome. Unfortunately my husband dropped his wallet on arrival and although it was handed in, the money had been taken. Staff offered to review cctv but we heard nothing more from them. Didn’t let it spoil an otherwise amazing break and we would definitely return.
