I’m new to Cove. But the customer service I’ve had during the first week is excellent! I switched form a landline alarm system to Cove. I chose Cove over others based on the customer service reviews they have . No doubt this is so!!...I’ve had questions come up during the first few days adjusting to a different system and I have receive very courteous and professional service. Even when their offices are closed for technical support, you’re still able to talk to a person, if they can’t help you, they’ll escalate the call and the call back has been within minutes. So far during my adjust period I’m very satisfied

This install was a blueprint on how all self installs should go, when we needed some help it was available through the phone by someone who could speak perfect English, and was very kind and supportive, it is my guess the rest of my experience with Cove will be as rewarding.

I did some research on different security systems and I decided to go with Cove because of all the positive reviews it received. Believe me they were right! The system was very easy to set up, I liked the color monitor it came with and the customer support was excellent. I would like to give Jasmine special thanks for helping me in this process. I had a faulty motion sensor and she helped in ordering a new one. Cove is an excellent company to do business with. Keep up the great work!

It was fast and easy to install inclupopding the camera, I have never had an alarm and or a camera system installed so fast. The quality of the camera is far superior to the ring doorbell system I removed two ring doorbells and replace them with the current units

If you need a home security system this is the company! I had 2 problems that were both fixed fast and easy. No company is perfect but this company goes above and beyond to help customers get more than they payed for. The first problem was a missing window sensor that they sent in 2 days and took 3 minutes to set up. The second problem took a bit of time to happen about 45 days into ownership. The downstairs motion sensor started tripping because my 14lb chiweiner dog was running around like a mad dog. That was fixed with a simple sensor sensitivity adjustment. The service is great. The system tripped a few times and was able to find out that the response time is very good. They call you before the police so you can avoid false reports to the police department. I highly recommend this system for your home!

We haven't had Cove for very long and it has been great for us. We had an issue with our panel and sensors not being read and Cove overnighted a new panel. They exceed our expectations and every time we call, they answer all of our questions and help to the best of their abilities.

I had minor issues with a few sensors initially, but these things are common for newer companies working out all the bugs. I went through the process with a representative to engage all sensors and the entire set up was rather smooth and easy. Jenny was outstanding, informative, patient with me and very knowledgeable about the system! She treated me like family! I will highly recommend this alarm system to my friends and family!!

Superb Customer Service
Let's start with how short the wait time was, probably less than a minute both times I called. Second let's move onto the customer service which was superb. Tim was amazing! I had a sensor that wasn't acting right, he walked me through it. Still wasn't working so he sent me a new one, added a free flops sensor because I was promised one but it wasn't delivered. Overall I liked the customer service. That's huge with any company.
