The system is an easy install

The system is an easy install. To add, delete and rename sensors is very simple. I set up door sensors on my shed in back yard without a problem, and they work great 80 feet from my master station. The customer service staff are truly great and pleasant. The only thing I wish they offered is an outside siren with the system.

Has been great thus far, but has only been almost 24hrs. I believe we will love it. Customer service was great and on point with the questions that I had. The best part about this experience, I was able to deal with 1 employee and not a bunch of them as if 1 person was assigned to my account. I am happy I found out about your company. Thanks

I was able to customize my system to…

I was able to customize my system to the particular needs of my house, and at a reasonable cost. Other systems I looked at either didn't have the same flexibility or the changes were very expensive. Because the system was being installed outside the US and monitoring would not be available, they even refunded the first month monitoring fee. There call response center was very helpful and handled my requests very quickly and to my complete satisfaction.

This system is totally awesome

This system is totally awesome. Very easy to install and activate. I love all the features and feel my home is safer when I’m away. I highly recommend this system to anyone looking for a new security system. And if you’re using anything but Cove to protect your properties...my question to you is “Why?”

I should have made the choice to join Cove years ago. I waisted my time with ADT and regret everything about it from customer Services,over charging and not committing to customers.I will continue to do business with cove and I’m very excited to be part of cove and we all feel much safer with cove. If I could give 10 I would.

Every customer service representative we have encountered (online and via phone) has been nothing but knowledgable, patient, and understanding. The system itself has been working great for us so far!

Easy to install and amazing customer service

I recently purchased Cove because my husband is deployed and I wanted to feel safer in my home with him gone. I was nervous about the self installation as I’m not tech savvy but it was literally so easy and it took about 15 minutes to do. Customer service has been amazing as well, they reply very quickly and are helpful. I am so happy so far!

Great simple system with customer service to back it up!

Before I purchased Cove I heard about the great customer service and they are CORRECT! I had a system error and I chatted with the customer service agent Brandon. He helped me seamlessly fix the issue and actually asked to call me to go thru it faster. He actually stayed past his shift to help me. He didn’t make excuses for the problem and said if it ever happened again they would make it right. The system itself is great and the fact that it doesn’t pair with other smart devices should NOT deter you from purchasing this product.

At first, I would rate it 4 stars because I got a unprovoked call through the intercom one evening with a seemingly random person. I said they had the wrong number and they hung up. I haven't had that, or any other problem since May (6 months!). Good job tech team and everyone else! I see you phone support people too, thumbs up!

I received exceptional customer service. Agent stayed on the phone with me until all of my issues were corrected. Agent didn’t rush me and he allowed me to learn how to add sensors. My system is working and I’m very pleased.

Wow! That was easy!!

Wow! That was super quick and easy!! From selecting the right sensors, to the online ordering process, to setting up the system in less than 30 minutes! I am very pleased with the Cove system. I installed door, motion, smoke/fire detectors and YI cameras in my small retail business. After reviewing other DIY systems, and a few of the 'big players' .. the quality products from Cove were simple to install, and the monitoring service options fit within my budget. I would definitely recommend Cove to other business owners.
