The customer service technician was wonderful. Very patient with me and my lack of technical knowledge. I called for help and I immediately got a human that was very knowledgeable in the system. She got my system working in no time. Highly recommend this product. Thankfully never had an intruder. Cove has made me feel secure. Love it and recommend Cove for your needs.

Paul was very patient and kind with me. Our cameras went out and did not come back up after the power went out in the area. While he was getting the cameras back on-line he got them off of the eufy app and onto the cove app. Even though I had difficulty getting things situated, Paul was infinitely patient and considerate towards me. In this day and age a little patience is so refreshing!
