I have been with Cove for a year and…
I have been with Cove for a year and recently moved and was having problems with my indoor camera I have spoken with several agents. They have done troubleshooting and were told that they were sending a new camera which I got and still was not connecting and today I spoke with 3 different agents. They were not able to help and I was ready to cancel my services but the representative asked if they could send another camera and try again. I said I would try one more time and she said she was sending an email with tracking information which I received. Still, after hanging up I thought I didn’t see my apartment number so I called back and got Mark. I advised I wanted to confirm that my apartment number was on the order which he confirmed and before hanging up he was very empathetic about my situation and said he wanted to see if he could help which he did and had me install it on my other phone and it automatically connected! What a relief after dealing with this for the last few weeks Mark went above and beyond and kept me calm when I was frustrated. I personally have worked in customer service as a manager and I can say that this type of service keeps your customers and he deserves a promotion and he can train his peers to go above and beyond! Very happy customer
Help Desk review during installation
I waited less than 30 seconds every time I called the helpdesk during installation. All the people were knowledgeable and very friendly to walk me through the install process.

Cove needs a way to notify customers when system is offline
My recent experience with the phone rep was very positive. I just wish Cove had notified me that my system was offline and also that the motion sensors needed new batteries (there wasn't an email or system alert to indicate this).
