I had a horrible experience when I chose to chat this morning. I spoke with Mish who refused to honor the email Cove sent me (numerous times) advertising 70% off for a Black Friday sale. Mish advised that the sale was for new customers only. I told her the emails don't say that anywhere and asked for a manager. Mish told me there weren't any on weekends but told me to call instead of chatting. Just a bad experience. I called finally and got Josh, who immediately took care of the situation. We had a very nice conversation, and I am very impressed with his de-escalation skills. Very impressive young man whom I'd definitely hire. I honestly think I've spoken with him before and he's been extremely helpful.
