Thomas was awesome. He was patience and tried to help me at least 10 times connect my 360 Indoor camera, to no avail. I will be receiving a new camera which he ordered. His service definitely deserves a 5 star, I do hope that I get him again if I have to call support,

I had multiple issues, Rob was very helpful and patient with me to understand and allow me to resolve my issues. He took the time to explain to me the different areas of the website and even taught me something which I will be able to use going forward in my future computer uses. Mike was great to work with. He took the time to listen and help me figure out what’s going on. No one has ever told us that the batteries needed replacement. No one has ever ran a system communication update. We stopped services months ago because our system never worked. We are giving it one more shot and luckily Mike was there to help our apprehension in doing so.
While no one likes to deal with issues…
While no one likes to deal with issues, what matters is how a company responds when they do occur. Not sure what happened with my couple year-old system but after trying to resolve myself, I engaged chat. Gracely helped me but when our efforts didn’t resolve the issue, she had her supervisor call me—while she stayed connected with me via chat (which I loved). She only ended the chat once I confirmed I was on with Maria. Great chat experience!
Once Maria was on, we tried several additional things and lo and behold, the hub connected to the touchpad and the issue was resolved! 🙌🏼

Cove on the other hand is not the best.
Rob was extremely helpful. I purchased this system from a friend who ended up not needing it. The 2 previous cove members I spoke with told me that they would not be able to help me and that I should “just purchase a new system” Rob was able to change the important account information and get everything switched to my name. He also spent the time to help me set up each individual camera and sensor. I highly recommend him and would give him a promotion or raise if I was able to.

The customer service that I experienced in purchasing and setting up my "CoveSmart" system was very satisfying. I purchased my system but I had to leave for a military assignment prior to installing. Upon my return, The Covesmart customer service was there for me with plenty of "personal assistance".
