Up until yesterday when I was fortunately connected with Jess the last few months with Cove and trying to get my updated system in place was challenging to say the least. Problems with key pad and had to be returned. Put on hold indefinitely. Left message for call back. Couldn't understand most of employees on phone (when it was answered). But yesterday I was blessed to get Jess. She was awesome. Very patient and helped get my updated system done and finished. She deserves a gold star.
Happy we chose Cove
1st of our security system arrived with in 4 days of ordering it. The simple instructions for set up were easy to follow but I experienced some difficulties connecting to the alarm panel to our home wifi. FRITZ from the Cove Technical support team was awesome. He guided me through all the steps I needed to do and after getting the alarm panel up and running continued to help me get all of our cameras up and running also. He also took the time to explain the 3 different alarm settings and also about the motion sensor and door and window sensors. My over all experience sober with Cove and Fritz has been 5 stars.

Great support team
When I was done with initial sensors installation, I had some connectivity issues with 2 of them. This was about several weeks ago…..since then and after talking with support several times, we decided to move the hub location from the provider fiber optic modem location, to the satellite router. The connectivity issues were due to the excessive distance of the sensors from the Cove hub.
Now everything is working fine.
I have to say that the Cove support team has been very pro active in assisting with troubleshooting the problem, after my initial request for help they have been following me until everything had been resolved.
