The smoke detector in my dining room…
The smoke detector in my dining room went off but there was no evidence of sm9ke. I climbed up on a step stool and removed the monitor from the wall then removed the batteries and canceled the false alarm. The rep did a good limit of troubleshooting but really could not find a cause for the alarm. The rep suggested replacing the batteries since the monitor was about 4 years old. The rep was understanding and very helpful.

FAST HELP FROM PRO TECH SUPPORT
With me misunderstanding the connection process of the sensors, the first time I called Technical support, Technician Rob guided me through the stages of the sensor setup procedure. It was easy after he took me through it step by step. The next week I called Tech Support again as 4 of the sensors out of 9 worked flawlessly. The last 5 did not respond like the first 4 did. I got ahold of Rob again and within 5 minutes after his instructions, every single sensor now works flawlessly! I requested that he should tell his supervisor to award him $50,000 dollars per my demand as he is very well deservng of it after spending 2 Saturdays for installation. Thank you Rob and Thank you Cove for making our home 100 % completely secure!
