Bryan was absolutely amazing! I accidentally reset my Cove panel and was pretty stressed, but he walked me through everything step by step with patience and professionalism. He made sure my system was fully restored and also helped me program a replacement key fob without any issues. He was knowledgeable, calm, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Customer service like this is rare! Thank you, Bryan for making what could’ve been a frustrating situation completely stress-free!

Today I called and spoke with MARK S., and he provided fast, clear instructions on how to set up the additional door sensors for our Cove system, he practically made my life easier and did all the work for me. The call lasted less than five minutes, yet it truly reinforced my appreciation for Cove’s customer service and reassured me that choosing Cove as our home alarm system was the best decision we’ve made for our home!
