Again, I had to call Cove for assistance inq how to operate the keypad i sspoke to Josh who patiently answered all my questions, no matter how trivial they may have been. He was so kind professional and knowwledgeable. If he did not have the answer, he was quick to find out. I really appreciated his help

I purchased a Cove system several days ago. I was told assembly was easy but being a 78 yr old, very computer illiterate person, i had to have assistance. I called Cove and spoke to Mike. He was very plesant, respectful and professional. I had many questions, which would probably annoy some, but Mike answered all my questions without ever making me feel i was a bother. I really appreciated his knowledge and plesant attitude .

She walked me through how to reset my keypad and identified that my camera is broken and she replaced it because it was still under warranty. She continually reassured me throughout the conversation And gave me great peace of mind. I wish I could get her every time I call.
