I am so glad we switched to Cove! It’s such a comprehensive system for half the monthly cost of what we were paying. I love the intercom in the alarm panel giving you the ability to instantly communicate, the rapid SOS system, text alerts, the ability to disarm certain sensors, arm/disarm from the app, and create unique user codes, along with the hostage code feature. Unlike my previous system (at twice the cost), you can actually here the siren throughout my entire house, and have the ability to delay the siren based on which sensor is triggered, or adjust delay time in general. And finally the customer support is excellent. Wished we had switched to Cove earlier!

So far, I have been very impressed with Cove. The alarm system works well. The support team have been very professional and knowledgeable, and have resolved my issues when I've called for assistance. I researched to find the best security system and am happy I chose Cove!

We are well pleased with the COVE security system. Installation was easy, instructions through the panel was so simple. Motion detectors cover a large area, we have 2. plenty of sensors for windows and 4 doors. The monitoring station is extremely efficient. BE SURE TO DISARM SYSTEM BEFORE ENTERING WITH THE FOB. If you use control panel to disarm, be sure to report as false alarm. Any sensor that is triggered will immediately go to monitoring center. So far we feel very secure and safe with COVE. A great value

I have had ADT and ATT DigitalLife on two separate homes through the years and ATT is sunsetting it’s Security Service Nationwide of which is currently on one of my homes.
Decisions have to be made by the consumer prior to September 1, 2022, to find monitoring with another company or be left with no security monitoring protection.
This is my first experience in leaving the big box brands that require their 36 month agreements, of which I hadn’t had a contract in years and wasn’t about to be forced to sign one now!!!

My husband had to change his cell number due to harrassment and we did not realize we had his number tied to the panel. We did call to let them know his new number to get calls on. Just realized we have the old number tied to the panel and we have been getting panel errors for sometime now. Went on chat and Jefferson was able to change to my number and we are good to go now! Thanks Jefferson you were awesome!
