My issue was resolved and they went above and beyond to fix the issue. I appreciate the effort they gave to solve my issue and make sure I was a happy customer. They reached out multiple times and even called to do customer service checks. I am very thankful I chose them and recommend them often.

System arrived today and though it was confusing because of all the different pins and passwords needed.. I called twice and was walked through everything I needed to know. Wish I didn't have to wait on our outdoor camera which is on back order at the moment, but all is good. I am up and running.. Thank you COVE.. I still need to hook up our door bell .. but I have no doubt that COVE can assist me with that also when I get to it..

My experience with Cove has been nothing short of outstanding. From original order, monitoring fees and customer service representatives, I have so far received everything promised and/ or paid for.
If you are reading reviews and find some with negative comments, from my perspective, you can assume that customer is probably a jerk. There seems to be no shortage of those kind of people these days. Want respect? It goes both ways and it starts with you.

During the installation of the panel
During the installation of the panel, it stayed on step 6/6 for 30 min, I immediately got on the COVE website chat and Jefferson gave me instructions and was able to move on to the next step. In addition, he assisted me with a sensor issue and how to rename sensors! Than you Jefferson at COVE support!😀👍
