Quick efficient response - Easy installation

Quick efficient response from customer service. Helpful and professional. The installation was quite simple and the monitor console was easy to navigate. One obstacle that was encountered during the initial installation process was that the monitor showed still processing messages for screens 6 of 6. We waited 40 mins prior to calling customer service. There was a message on the monitor that indicated that the process would take several minutes which is why we waited. Customer service corrected the issue once we called and the rest of the installation was flawless.

We were previous simply safe customers, but their customer service was horrible. Would call them and have to wait on hol for an hour or more every time. The cameras frequently stopped working and had to replace them multiple times. So we switched to cove to give them a shot. The keypad is much better and more intuitive, set up was easier, and thus far support has been better than simply safe ever was. Answered the phone in less than 10 seconds and was very friendly and professional. Fixed my user error during setup in less than a minute yet offered to stay on the phone to help me with the rest of setup which wasn’t necessary. Kudos Cove.

I was attempting to set up my Cove Security Monitoring after it came in the mail. It kept trying to connect with everything, but wasn’t making the connection. After about 8 hours, I called for assistance. Within 2 minutes my system was connected after doing what the gentleman on the phone told me to try. From that point on, it was easy peasy to finish setting up.

This is now my 3rd or 4th time reaching out to customer service and I have had a great experience everytime! I just spoke to Dimple, because I was struggling to get an order to go through. They helped me get my order placed and even made sure the original order I was trying to place didn't go through so I wouldn't accidentally do 2 orders.
