I will be at home very six months and there is no one at home to do the battery change for the outdoor camera. if you can release an outdoor camera with wire to plug it in wall without battery would be much easier.

I'm impressed! Here is why~

Used Chat today with Van Xavier and like before when I was deciding what to buy - asking about 50 questions, he was extremely helpful! As was everyone I have chatted with, called or emailed with Cove. I finally installed my system and ended up calling a few times last night - because I tend to overthink things. Each time I was able to talk to someone very quickly and they answered my questions completely. They were patient, easy to talk with, very friendly. It honestly is very simple to install and actually kinda fun to play around with once installed. You can also ask for longer test periods if you need. Side notes if your doing research: I really like having the remote fobs with this system, some companies don't offer remotes. These remote fobs work great for arming when your outside leaving and disarming when you come home so you don't have to unlock the door and run inside your home to disarm within x amount of seconds. You can also use them as an sos, keep them by your bed in case you are unable to get to the panel. That is a very great option. I bought six so I could give some to my kids who may need access to my home when I'm not here, and to have them by the bed and on my key chain. Some companies didn't have a panel. My brain needs a panel! I like being able to see a display of options and settings and what mode I am in. The panel is easy to program/set. You have 60 days to decide if you want to keep the system and I liked that as well. I don't work for the company, this IS my honest new customer review. I just write a longer review because when I research things I love details of what others think, so am trying to pass information along.

System setup

I called due to a missing window detector & did not know how to get past this part of the setup screen. The customer assistance person verified my identity then immediately helped me bypass the setup so I could complete setup of my remaining sensors. Then she sent the missing window sensor to me. It arrived within 2-3 days. I would definitely recommend Cove.
