CoveSmart with a pool of smart customer service
I am using CoveSmart system for last couple of months (almost an year now).
I am very satisfied with the system.
Over any above the customer service is excellent. Every time I call or chat for any questions or any issues, I get to meet excellent people. Today, I have worked with one of your team member Marian and she just took care of my equipment ordering request with a full professional manner keeping the user security in mind (Account verification, Address verification) and placed my order.
Very helpful indeed.
My expierence so far
I have had to call a couple of times to get help with little things like resetting passwords and changing locations information on the Cove App. This is all before I have received my system, so I can only talk about my expierience so far. I have used both chat and telephone and both times the service was great. I had no wait times. So far I am happy, so here to hoping that my system measures up to the quality of the support.

Good customer service
We had a window sensor go bad just about a year after purchasing the system. We changed batteries but that didn’t help. Marian on the chat was helpful and is sending a new sensor. My only frustration is that she was going to charge for shipping…which I would understand on new equipment, but not for a replacement for defective equipment, especially when we have cove plus with the lifetime warranty.

This has been exceptionally easy experience. All of the components are as they are described. Installing them was easy. Customer support has been accurate and helpful. Ordered a system for my parents after how well this went. Highly recommend. I don't think you can beat the locked in monitoring price.
Pairing a camera with the COVE Ap and wifi
I called the customer support line option with assistance on installing two external cameras. After a few troubleshooting attempts, Andrew (call agent) and Dhen his (supervisor) figured out that I needed to type in the home wifi router password during the pairing step. In fact, Dhen further assisted me with ordering a new window sensor ( using my earned 25 dollar reward points) and up front tips on how to place the sensor on a thinner window trim. Thumbs up for COVE customer support!
