New with app set up
I am new, was trying to get app set up before system was installed. App kept stating that my username/password was incorrect. Went to reset and confirm my email and link took me straight to different topics. I didn't feel like going thru all that info at this moment so I went to the chat. Jefferson was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained that the system needs to be set up 1st then I can set up the app. Jefferson saved me alot of time and was very appreciative of his help!

Battery would not stay attached to case after charging
Could not get battery to stay attached to camera after charging-gentleman was asking me questions, made a suggestion and golly it worked.
I’m so pleased that I didn’t have to call my son to come here to do it for me.

Outdoor Camera offline
I was having issues with my outdoor camera being "offline". I spoke with Marian who walked me through steps to figure out the problem. She had me run an easy internet speed test and discovered that my upload speed was too low. I have an older modem and will contact my cable company for the upgraded modem - this should fix my problem. It was easy to communicate through the Chat and problem was diagnosed quickly. Marian was kind and very helpful.

Day 1
I'm just starting my relationship with Cove Security and in the process of getting my system set up. I purchased my equipment last night and had a few questions today as I await the arrival of my system. I have had to reach out twice today (one by calling customer service and once by online chat) and both representatives were so helpful!! I didn't have to wait forever to chat with someone, all my questions were answered quickly and I'm feeling really good about my switch from another provider! I hope the customer service I get with Cove continues to be as helpful and hassle free as it has been today! I look forward to starting my new relationship with Cove!

I did the set up for my Cove system and each time I had a question, I hopped into the chat and a service rep was quick to respond. My Cove has only been up and running for 1 day and I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I am with the system but most importantly the friendly customer service. Glad I went with Cove.
Info for moving keypad
Jefferson helped me with info about moving our keypad and password issues. As always he was very polite and helpful. He helped me sort out our passwords and assured me there was no problem temporarily moving our keypad. Give him a raise and pat on the back!

Just placed my order
I just placed my order, but overall, they've performed admirably. Before my order was processed, I noticed a discount did not credit correctly and notified them. Mikey was quick to respond, fixed everything the way it was supposed to be and had the order shipped without delay.
If this was any indication of customer service in the future, five stars wouldn't be enough.
