Just move in and not unpacked, sprained my right ankle, got my cameras, love cove, they are professional, helpful and great service monthly and understanding, haven't had a chance to return the bad kami old camera yet because I can't drive with bad right ankle, they understand, so cool of them

Walk through for testing the system was very easy.

I contacted Cove because the Control Panel beeped and told me that the Cellular Signal was not working. (Red X on the Top of the Cellular Icon Symbol) Technician walked me through the testing steps but it didn't fix the issue. Have to wait 24 hours to contact them if the problem doesn't resolve itself. Overall, it was still excellent service I received.

Easy Install and Startup

Startup was flawlessly directed through the base. Call to support completed the installation and answered all of my questions. The Cove employee was polite and spoke very clearly. She gave me all the attention that I needed and did not try to rush the process. I am pleased with the produce and the service.
