Had an issue with Cove website trying…

Had an issue with Cove website trying to order a new piece of equipment for my system. Ended up calling support and very nice lady worked with me on several things to try on my computer/browser but to no avail. She then escalated my issue to a higher call level and then offered to take my order over the phone. When she came back on-line - she indicated she had talked to her supervisor about providing me with a discount in light of having issues with the site, which the supervisor agreed to. This was a pleasant and totally unexpected suprise! Awesome support!

Love Cove

I’ve been waiting to write a review until I had it for a few months, I’ve had Cove for about 4 months now and I love it!! I had a problem with the Panal but customer service helped me fix it. Last night my son came home from work and thought he put the car Alarm but instead touched the SOS bottom on the key chain 10 mins later the cops showed up to my house asking if everything is okay!

By Far The Best Alarm System

The system arrived perfectly packaged and well protected. Opening the boxes, all components arranged very orderly. Installation was as simple as it gets and we were up and running in 45 minutes. This system covers every requirement of a high level security system and the best part is it is NOT connected to the internet (except the cameras if you choose to use them) This system uses cell towers via ATT or Verizon. Our coverage is best with Verizon so Cove put a Verizon chip in our base unit. We rather not have the internet controlling our home for obvious reasons (batteries, maintenance, hackers, internet issues etc.) The more complex a system the more that will go wrong. And amazingly we can still get off the couch and operate our house manually. Also for those who don't have 24/7 internet this system solves that issue. The Cove system is stylish and sophisticated both in appearance and application. The Cove support teams (customer service, technical support, installation support, monitoring team) set industry standards and higher. I had a question during installation and the representative answered clearly and then took the time to walk me through the entire system, did a complete system check and started our coverage. The 24/7 monitoring is no contract and price locked. Monthly monitoring cost is equal to or less than industry standard. Highly recommend this company!

It took a little digging to find customer service (I had to google it rather than find it in my app), but when I did I reached a very helpful customer service representative who took care of my question quickly and professionally. I appreciated her knowledge of the system and her pleasant service. I've had nothing but good experiences with Cove, and the self-installation was a breeze. I'm very pleased with the equipment and the company - FAR more so than with the large commercial company I have at my office.
