I had an issue with my billing…
I had an issue with my billing statement from the equipment I bought. They charged me with the equipment even though I had my rewards in my account. I had Joy as the customer representative and she was Fantastic! After calling they smoothly resolved my issue. I trust cove with my home security. They have so many features and nifty equipments. Nice and affordable!

Cove has been an affordable home security option. I purchased the service for my mom. The service was easy to install and user-friendly. The few times I’ve reached out to customer service have been nice. The representatives are attentive, knowledgable and professional.

I just had my Cove system installed…
I just had my Cove system installed today. I have made quite a few calls to the call center as I get used to the options for arming and disarming the system and individual sensors. The customer service reps have been very patient and helpful.
I like how flexible the system is.
The panel and app menu seem pretty intuitive (to me).
I know it is DIY install, if you choose to do that. I actually hired someone to install. I am glad I did. I learned a lot watching the installer navigate addition of sensors to the system. The installer also helped me get up to speed on all the system features.
After watching the installer I feel I could add or replace parts for the system easily (except the camera doorbell... I might still call in a pro since it involves wires).

I couldn't remember what method of payment I was paying my bill, so I contact CS and checked because my bank account had fraud on it through my Debit Card and had to cancel it. Your Customer Service Rep corrected my account and add my new Debit Card information so I could continue to pay my bill.

For the most part the manual carried us thru the installation, then we ran into a snag. The agent that we contacted walked us thru the balance of the installation project.

Called in because I had another's persons name pop up in my notification stating "system armed by ....", someone I have never heard of. I received a call back and the CSR was fantastic. She helped reset the system, looked on her end and made adjustments to reassure this would never happen again. She made me feel very comfortable with the system and made me feel like I could 100% trust the system. Would completely recommend Covesmart. Anytime I call, the service is good. The systems are good and the equipment is good.

Help when you need it.
I was having a problem finding the application form to obtain a permit for my new alarm system. After spending a day and half of frustration trying to find information from my local county, I called customer service at Cove and asked for help.
The person in customer service department listened to my frustration and after a few questions told me the they would take care of it and to worry no more. Now that's excellent customer service. That's worth 5.Stars
