At this point I am very happy with the assistance I have received from everyone I have talked to at COVE. Everyone has been polite and very helpful with any issues I have had. All my issue involve understanding the procedures of installation for the system. Tech Support and Customer Service have been very good and pleasant to work with.
I had a problem with a motion sensor that we couldn't seem to resolve. It was determined it was a bad sensor and is being replaced.
I am currently having a problem with one of my Outside Cameras. It keeps going offline. I have deleted it and reinstalled it several times but it is currently 'Offline' and the system wants me to 'Reinstall' it. I really don't know how to do that other than deleting it and reinstalling it. This can get to be a headache very fast. I need to find out just exactly what the problem is with this camera. It appears to have a strong wi-fi signal from the modem but doesn't work more than a few minutes before becoming 'Unavailable' and/or 'Offline'.

I got COVE to feel more secure since I live alone, it was the best decision ever! I am able to monitor my apartment when away and keep my belongings safe while I’m away. I love the night feature! As well as being able to have my mother on the account who can send the police to help me if I don’t respond!

Had what I thought was a false alarm in…
Had what I thought was a false alarm in the middle of the night. Turned out that the sensor on my patio door had become loose. The monitoring center called immediately and stayed on the phone while I walked the house to make sure there was no other problem. Called tech support after that, and the tech was very patient and proficient in walking me through troubleshooting the problem. I would recommend COVE very much, especially to those like me who are tech challenged.

I had a piece that broke off my cove…
I had a piece that broke off my cove and was interested in some other equipment and our representative was extremely helpful! Sent us new sticky’s and a new sensor to replace for free. Made me aware of the equipment credit I had no idea existed and was able to get a doorbell cam with no extra cost. It was a hassle free experience and I’m super grateful!

The system was delivered in a timely manner and as expected. Outside of me placing the sensors, windows and doors, not in the specified order, everything went easy peasy. Had to call customer service to figure out how to fix my mess up and they were more than helpful. Glad to become part of the cove security service.
