Helpful Customer Service

I have had some technical issues setting up my system, but have found the support team to be helpful, prompt, and friendly. Lou was quick to diagnose the problem and it only took a few minutes for Lou to set up a new panel to be shipped to me. I'm very impressed with the customer service!
