Loving our Cove System

Abby called me the day after we installed our system to make sure everything went well. Installation of our Cove System was extremely easy and simple. Thus far (having our system set up for one day) we have enjoyed the Cove system. The app works really well and the set up was simple.

Excellent customer service! Cedric helped us with the install of our security system and multiple issues all completed in 1 hour! He was an excellent problem solver, knowledgable and very patient with our learning process as we were going through the install.

Excellent Customer Service and Install Help

We received our Cove security this week and sought the help of Sedrick. He was amazing. We were sent 2 boxes of the same thing by mistake and he immediately created a label to return one box and explained the camera is on back order. He walked us through the set up and was very patient with our learning process. All in all in took about an hour which I thought was amazing considering a previous companies install took 4 hours.

I called and set my panic button from Medical to panic for Police. If I understood correctly, his name is. Delter. He even took me off line to make sure it went to Cove. I had a burglar at my bedroom window kept alarm on and called 911. I was about to cancel my monitoring. Never had to use it. After this, I will NEVER CANCEL!!!! THANK YOU FOR BEING THERE FOR ME!!!
