I recently received and installed my new system. I had a couple of smoke alarms that came incorrectly synced to the panel. I called Cove and they walked me through the fix. It took time but they stuck with me until it was fixed. Problems will arise, it’s how the company dealers with them that matters to me. Cove fixed my problem and then followed up later. That’s all I can ask for.

Cove is absolutely all about customer service. I have had to call around 5 times for help due to some installation problems and each time I was greeted with very polite and patient people. I feel comfortable calling for any questions and happy with my service every time. I recently just spoke to Lloyd through an email about adding more equipment. The process was quick and easy. He was very thorough and there was no room for misunderstanding. Thank you Cove.

I installed this system in our new home last week and was blown away with how simple it was to do as well as how our home is now completely covered. This is a great company, with great equipment and awesome customer service. Today Isaiah called just to check on us and see how we were doing with our new system. I was a little hesitant to purchase the cove system, but I'm glad I did. Install was pretty simple. I did it myself. Calling customer service was great as well. Jumel helped me add a sensor back I had accidentally deleted. I'm completely satisfied with the system and can't wait for my door bell came to arrive once it's available.

My fairy garden camera

Ellah worked with me for over an hour with patience, understanding and humor. We finally gave up and she ordered a replacement outdoor camera. After hanging up I continued to do everything Ellah had explained to me and lo and behold it worked. I called back right away and spoke with Sabior and he was able to cancel the replacement and hopefully tell Ellah that it finally worked with a little bit of fairy dust. Thanks to both.
