I just received and installed my Cove Smart Security System. I had a problem with setting it up, so I call support and Lou discovered it was the panel. So he is sending me a new panel. I'm very happy with how Lou was so patent in helping me, as I am not tech savvy.

Abby was great. She asked me if I was satisfied with my equipment and ease of installation and I replied with a 5 ⭐️ yes. I asked a couple of questions which Abby answered with ease. The customer service representative, Carl, gets an "A" for his good work. Cove overall would not be 5 stars because Cove did not ship my device until I called, Carl answered and got the shipment moving.

Got the late shipment moving!

The item that a technical support person had ordered for me had not been shipped, although 2 weeks had elapsed. Carl immediately understood the problem and has taken effective action to get the item (a smoke / CO) detector send to me.

Cove is great

Cove is great! We've never had an issue with them and their customer service is always available and you get to talk to a person that will respond. We have alarm systems with them in 2 residence's and they make us feel a lot safer.
