So far so good.
Adrian called just to make sure everything was working and to ask if I had any issues, which I thought was great. They were also able to help me get some more info for my insurance provider.

After 1 month,im happy to say after extensive research into alot of different home security systems,that I chose cove! Thier customer service is excellent! Great support after all my sensors became inactive
Rose provided great support in getting my system functioning again. She was knowledgable, straight forward, efficient and polite. But why did all my sensors suffer “loss of supervision” (i.e. became inactive) in the first place?

Fixing a bad flood sensor
Since my initial setup, I have had no problems until recently a flood sensor started eating batteries. I got chat support and Rodrigo, from Covesmart, helped me out. We basically found the sensor was bad and Rodrigo immediately put a replacement (under warranty) in the system. Great customer service !

Quick delivery
I received my system in an unbelievable quick delivery. I received everything except my cameras and was grateful for them letting me know that my cameras would arrive as quickly as possible. The system was so easy to setup and when I did had a problem, customer service was more then willing to help me out. I think my problem was solved in a little under five minutes. I’ve only had my system for about a week and so far I love it. The convenience and peace of mind that it gives is awesome. I am looking forward to receiving my cameras to install. The do it yourself installation was a piece of cake. I was amazed at how easily it was to install the system. I would absolutely recommend cove to anyone that’s looking for an alarm system. The price was also just perfect. Thank you Cove!!

Lou was helpful, she let me know that I did not really need door sensors if I wanted to arm away, i just had to change the settings. Seemed to know the system much better than the person I talked to yesterday to sold me two door sensors..

System and Service
The system is pretty easy to install and straight forward. Customer service/support is easy to reach, informative, and very helpful. I had one issue with one of the peripherals for the system. I emailed in pictured of the issue and within a couple of hours they had mailed me out a replacement. Everyone I've spoken to has been amazingly helpful, and Rob, in Customer Support, got me the replacement part I needed in no time.

Lou was so helpful
Lou was very helpful when I called because my system was not connecting. I was informed me of what she thought was the problem and then what she could do to take care of it. I was put me on a brief hold and then it was confirmed the problem was it. I’m very grateful there was a solution to this problem.

Certificate Dates
My home-owner insurance company needed a revised "Monitored Certificate" as the one Cove has online does not have dates. Talked to Ron and he emailed what I needed while we were on the phone. Great customer service.
