The set up was fairly easy and no tools required. Navigating around the base station is a no brainer. Most of all five ⭐️'s for the satisfaction of feeling safe and knowing someone's got your six. Ron from customer service was pleasant and knowledgeable, outstanding service! Thank you Cove!

Still early days but great so far!

Recently ordered my equipment and have just moved into my new house. Cove has been great so far, contacting me to make sure I am doing alright and always ready to offer assistance. Isaiah is fantastic, extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure to speak with. Can't speak to the long term, but if this is a measure of what is to come, it's going to be a fantastic experience.

Unfortunately, the exterior camera was on backorder when I ordered my system. When I received my order, the doorbell camera was also missing. Patrick explained that they too were on backorder, and sent me an email confirming that both missing items would be shipped to me as soon as possible. He was very friendly and helpful!
