I am enjoying the service. It is half the cost of ADT. I am also liking the $5.00 monthly account credit. It has help me to purchase additional products that I could not afford otherwise.

I am a new Cove customer. I recently called them to order some more equipment. They were very helpful and made it easy to order. I've been satisfied with the service so far. I'd highly recommend them if you need a security system that is fairly priced and easy to install.

i didnt hook up my unit for 7 months…
i didnt hook up my unit for 7 months butt was billed as tho i was. as of the 3rd of January i brought it online. i didnt understand forgot or didnt read things right. i called on the 4th and the lady was rude and didnt help me with my problem. i asked for a supervisor and she wouldnt connect me. then hung up on me. called back the 5h that women was very nice seemed to care. i wanted the 7 montges i already paid for credited to my alarm account. i lost my foot right after i got the kit. 6 plus weeks recovery and many other projects the alarm got back burneres. never dealt whit a business where if i didnt use something i still got billed and with the proof in font of them i only got 3 months credit. even though it wasn't what i wanted it was not worth taking it all back down. its a great unit very pleased with it butt your methods suck. if the second lady wasn't as nice as she was i would have

I had trouble accessing my account online and they were able to assist me and get my access restored. System is easy to install and use. Only complaint I have is the alarm speaker is in the keypad, so if you have the system close to the door you use you can't necessarily hear it on the other end of your home.
