We have had so much stress over our financial situation. Our bank had frozen our account because of suspicious activity. My husband’s paycheck and my Social Security check were rejected from direct deposit. I have tried to get tracing numbers for those returned deposits, but I’ve been getting wrong numbers. We opened a new account at a different bank. The person I spoke with was wonderful and understanding.

I didn’t have it for a couple of weeks because it lost network communication and couldn’t reconnect. I received my new panel quickly and it was easy to set up with help from the operator. Phone App Issue
I could not connect to nor pair my outdoor security cameras. The app on my phone didn't have the camera icon. The rep realized a problem with our account, and fixed it. Once he did, the function of the app changed, and I had more functions available to me including pairing my cameras. The rep was patient with me and did a great job in helping me resolve my problem.
