Cove is a GAME CHANGER!!
Cove is a game changer for the security industry! I was reluctant at first but was absolutely delighted with my first Cove system! I immediately ordered a second system for my other property! The equipment is very high quality and ridiculously affordable! Incredibly easy to install and use and the customer service is also top notch! No long waiting on the phone. Fast and easy service. These systems are excellent for cabins or investment properties because the security system works off its own cell signal and doesn’t require WiFi. If you sell your investment property simply disconnect your equipment and pack it up and you can use it at your next property! Can’t beat it! I also love the low monthly fees and no contract! I can’t say enough good about these systems! Honestly the quality and functionality is much better than high end systems that I’ve had in the past. If you’re on the fence about it just order it! You will be thrilled with it! Thanks Cove!!
I had to change my payment credentials…
I had to change my payment credentials because the credit card I had on file got improvised so my Cove account went unpaid. After receiving a call from Cove while I was in a store shopping I couldn't deal with it at that point & said I would call back when I got home. Calling the issue was handled professionally & expediently with very little effort through the security check. Very well done!

Cove is an excellent company. I received professional and courteous service from every representative I spoke with from customer service to the assigned installation technician. The equipment is very easy to use and is stress-free. I am very pleased with the Cove app as well. My last security company lacked most of the above compliments. Cove is certainly worth a try. I hope my ongoing service will be as pleasant as it has been thus far.

After a visit from my son-in-law my alarm suddenly stopped working. I tried to fix it with no luck and then my daughter tried to help me. In frustration I called the service number in the back of the book and this wonderful man helped me reset all of my sensors and all motion and smoke detectors and now my house is alarmed and I feel safe again.
It was an awesome experience and the gentleman was very kind and patient and thorough. It completely confirmed that my daughter made a good decision when she chose Cove for my home.

It’s a breeze to install
It’s a breeze to install. All components were named and entered into our system when shipped, as promised. This made placing the sensors in the correct locations simple. We noticed that one of our contact sensors kept reading “Tampered” on the panel, and it had to be removed when none of the fixes offered by tech support worked. This seemed odd, since we had just 5 minutes earlier been told that we’d installed everything correctly and that everything was working perfectly. Customer Service is sending me a replacement contact sensor. There are several bugs in the app. 1.) To get a temporary password when activating the app you have to enter the phone number you used when you purchased the system. The app then tries to send you a temporary password as a text message to the registered phone number/User name. But no alternative method is offered if, as in our case, the phone number used at purchase is for a landline and cannot accept texts. 2.) The phone app lists each sensor and component, and the word “monitoring” is placed next to each component on the screen, as it’s present status. For example: “Upstairs motion detector: Monitoring.” However, our Smoke/CO detector, while listed on the app as a component, its status isn’t noted; i.e., it doesn’t say if it is “monitoring” or “not monitoring.” It’s just listed as a component. I called Cove support about this, and they told me that from the perspective of the monitoring center the smoke/CO is “active,” and that everything is fine, even if the word “monitoring” doesn’t appear next to the smoke/CO detector as it does with every other component. The smoke/CO detector is also listed twice, and we cannot tell why. I’m just having to take Cove’s word for it when they say that the smoke detector IS actively monitoring, even thought the app doesn’t indicate this. However, all-in-all we’re very satisfied so far. Tech support answered calls right away and bent over backwards to resolve these few minor issues. The command panel interface is very user-friendly and self-explanatory. Components seem to be of high quality.
