I’ve had lots of security systems throughout my adult life of 17-20 years and this was my most favorite. It was quick and easy to set up in my house and calling the call center to hook up the security their was just as easy! Also they ask the right things that make you feel like they care about your safety. And the quality of the product is sleek, small, and good looking 😊.

I had questions related to the emergency call sequence

I had questions related to the sequence of events and calls following an alarm after the first three, panel, text, call me then going to emergency numbers I listed for use. I wanted to be able to describe what to expect if that event should occur. Answers were clear and she ask if I understood ok. My only issue was the difficulty understanding her English--not her fault!
