Absolutely a good experience.....
Just want to say that your support team member LLoyd was extremely helpful in solving our problem. My system panel had been unable to connect to a tower for a few months and had been intermittent at best for almost 8 months. He had me gather the information he needed from my system and ran a check from his office and determined that I needed a replacement panel. Which he quickly processed and emailed me the return label for my old panel. I have had a few bad experiences with other company's support staff but LLoyd is top notch. I didn't need to explain my situation ten times to get my answers and that is stellar in my book. Great job Cove team. A+ to LLoyd!

I had an issue with a sensor
I had an issue with a sensor and contacted customer service via email. Denzel helped me correct the issue in short time with a few emails. He had to be waiting for my reply because he responded right away.

Wow, Real Customer Service
Wow! is all I can say about the customer service from Cove. Customer Rep Rod answered my email immediately and processed my alarm registration receipt from local police department and emailed me my alarm certificate for our homeowners insurance. He made it ridiculously easy, too easy. Now I am going to be bummed the rest of the day because my expectations for other business matters is way too high! Thanks Rod!!!

So far so good
So far so good. Had few issues with sensors “tampered” and smoke alarm not picked up. Had to remove and re-install (simple). Customer service has been a pleasure so far.

I needed to update my emergency contacts on my account. although it was kinda difficult to hear the customer service agent at time and understand him. he did solve the issue.

Highly recommended!
Definitely recommend this security system and service.Customer care is available round the clock. Sensors have been easy to use and install and are issue-less after 7 months of use. The only feature that i can think of that can be provided is the ability to generate account statements in their website (currently have to call them every month to get one which is a hassle)

Sensor
Hi, I needed a replacement for a motion sensor as mine has not been working and can not be detected on the panel since I installed the system. They sent me a wrong replacement sensor and I had to call again, hopefully I will receive the correct motion sensor instead of a glass break sensor that was sent to me. Thank you. Roque Urena

Good support
When I had a problem with one of my sensors your support person walked me through the troubleshooting steps to reset the sensor. When the problem happened again the person I talked to immediately ordered a new sensor to be delivered. Good support.

Online portal broken
The system works great overall, but the online portal hasn't been working in the week I've had the system. I've reached out several times and they say it's a known issue and to wait one more day. I'd love to be able to sign in to see what options there are, potentially add sensors, and modify email communication preferences (I get an email for every arm/disarm.) EDIT: Portal is now working and I received a follow-up phone call to let me know it is working. Chat support was also able to help me order additional sensors while it was being worked on. Changed from 3 to 5 stars. Would have picked 4, but the personal phone call back got that extra star :)

Friendly and Quick
Friendly and quick. I had unplugged my wife router before my trip (silly move) but was able to arm it through the app, just to be safe I called the customer support number and they were able to verify since the control panel works via SIMcard! Amazing! Great customer support.
