I have been using Cove since purchasing our first home in April 2021. The water sensor had already been immensely helpful in order to prevent large amount of flooding while helping us to detect a problem immediately. The customer service is excellent. I had the pleasure of speaking with Rod today who made sure that my equipment allowance was up to date. You receive $5/mo to use towards additional equipment.

I ordered my new system and almost immediately realized I needed additional equipment, and had an issue with a promo code for a free keyfob. I contacted support and got put in touch with Grace, which they were amazing. Since I had just ordered a few minutes prior she was unable to process the keyfob and additional equipment because my account hadn't been created yet (it was within 5-10 minutes of creating the order) but was able to document my account so the next rep will be able to see and process it. Anytime I've had to contact support with my old alarm company it was usually an all day super frustrating ordeal and I absolutely dreaded it but it was smooth sailing with Grace.
Almost every alarm system basically functions the same way and the only real difference is in the service provided by the company employees and if this interaction was any indication I should be very pleased. Please send kudos to Grace, she was great.
