Panel Connection Failure…

I received a Panel Connection Failure message this evening. I communicated with Gracely through the chat option. She helped me through the soft/hard reset process. She was very patient, professional, and knowledgeable about the process. Although we didn't get it resolved via the chat, Gracely completed a panel replacement order request and explained the process. She also informed me that our account will be credited for this inconvenience. Thank you Gracely and Cove.

My smoke/co detector went off for no…

My smoke/co detector went off for no apparent reason. I went online to chat with Cove , they responded right away and told me exactly how to test it to make sure it was working properly. Apparently it is defective, Cove is sending me a replacement at no charge . I really appreciate the quick response and all of the help ! Gracely is the one I chatted with and was very helpful. Thanks again to you , Gracely ! 😊

Best investment ever!

Installation of our propane whole house Generac generator only took a few hours and was done professionally. Lost power the other night for 2 1/2 hours. The generator came on seamlessly in a matter of seconds. We were able to continue watching TV and utilize all electrical devices in the house. Didn’t even notice when the utility power came back on except for the text I received from the app. Best investment ever!

I had a smoke alarm go off but no…

I had a smoke alarm go off but no notification, after chatting with Grace it was determined that there was an installer code that wasn't deleted causing a false signal. This was the second time. The monitor station never had a recorded event. Grace got me lined up deleted old detector added it back and said we are good to go. Time will tell.

Mary at Cove Security gave me excellent help! I was trying to get a copy of the payments made in 2021 and couldn't figure out how to find this. Mary was so courteous and patient with me and explained where I could find the information that I needed. She also made a few changes, emails, phone numbers, etc. on our account. Most of all, she was very patient with someone that isn't too tech oriented- that meant a lot to me. We highly recommend Cove- the alarm system and monitoring has been fabulous as well as the customer service.

Grace was excellent!! She was very helpful in getting my panel hard reset. She was extremely patient with me as I was trying to get the back of the panel taken off and the backup battery unplugged. She was great!
