So far we are delighted with the service level of Cove. instead of waiting on hold for hours (as with previous service provider) and getting nowhere, Cove actually called us to ask if everything was going ok. Quick to respond on internet and a personal phone call, that is great! Thank you.

Customer Service Reps are great

Customer Service Reps are great! I received 3 sensors unidentifiable, and one that is being replaced. The reps were excellent in helping with install and resolving any issues. Some suggestions…light placement of sensors until you’ve confirmed placement and working. It’s tough trying to remove them after the 30 second press. Maybe ability to create more detail descriptions of names of sensors/cameras. Hope to get my replacement sensor soon to finish my install. Thanks for listening.

The customer service for COVE is amazing. I had probably about 50 questions I needed answered in a span of about a week, and each representative I talked to over the website chat was super helpful and thorough. Lloyd was the last person I talked to and I appreciate that he answered every single question I asked without skipping over anything. super easy process to get answers and its very fast as well.
