One door sensor ceased connecting after 11 months. I thought it a battery and called to see if this was likely. A little testing while on the phone revealed a failed sensor so they’re sending a replacement. Good service.

I received a message on my base unit that one of my door sensors was not working. Received help over the phone and the lady was very polite and took me step by step to fix the issue. It was difficult to understand the accent but we stumbled through it. She was very patient with me asking her to repeat instructions. Very pleased with my alarm system. I would like to get a manual for my outside camera though.

Was looking for confirmation that I should receive my Cove system by a certain date. After checking carefully, the rep said I should receive it and suggested I call again tomorrow when the tracking number should be available. Sounds good. I appreciate her help.

We love cove! Everything about it. The cost is reasonable, service and most importantly, response time. There is only one issue the way my house is set up we can not hear the alarm in our master bedroom. Would love for you to have some type of remote speaker to be able to hear. I guess I will try to figure out by using a baby monitor. This is an issue because you don't want police or burglary and in bed sleeping? 😆😇
