Just got the system and I was truly blessed with a very nice, professional, and knowledgeable customer service/installation technician. She had the answers for everything and was polite from start to finish.

My camera was not working

My camera was not working, so I tried to reset it myself.....unsuccessfully. I called Cove customer support, and tho it took a few minutes to restore, the girl that was helping me was very helpful, very patient through the entire process. So far....loving the ease of this system. I'm glad I had to reach out to customer support.....they were wonderful! I won't hesitate to contact them if anything else comes up.

i was having communication problems with my panel. after a few attempt to fix it COVE sent me a new panel It arrived in about 2 days. It was just installef do far so good

Rodrigo helped me when I forgot my master key. After an a quick verification, I was up and running with the installation of the sensors. I have a mobile home so breaking in is easier for burglars. The platform is quick, sharp, and makes me feel kinda fancy! All single moms who run a household need Cove!! It’s so affordable. So glad I found this gem. Camera quality is great too! I’m able to wake up when my cat comes home in the middle of the night. I like how I can turn off the status light so it doesn’t draw attention.

My installation experience wasn't perfect but....

My installation experience wasn't perfect, but Coves technical support was excellent. Zero waiting to get a real person on the phone. The person I spoke with friendly and knowledgeable. It was determined I had a defective part and I had the replacement in a couple of days. Everything is working 100%. Great value. Staff always follows up to make sure everything is good.
