This is my second system I installed, had some issues with not all my sensors programmed when it arrived. I had no problem getting them installed. Cove called to explain they has some programming errors and check to see if I needed any help setting them up. Very good customer service. Thanks

Adrian called me today to see if there was anything she could help me with. What a pleasant surprise and a most welcomed call, as I am a new Cove customer- and my system is still not working properly. Hello Tech was here 4 hours, left and I began having issues. After 2 hours of trying to trouble shoot, we discovered that 4 of the new sensors were defective. I am now waiting for replacement parts. Adrian took time to help me with the Cove App. She is very knowledgeable and most efficient. And, her call could not have come at a better time. Thank you, Adrian!
Yesterday I also spoke with Jefferson and he too was most helpful and assisted in troubleshooting my just installed system.

Install Skybell Door chime/🤳
I was having a very difficult time trying to install a skybell door chime/camera. Your representative tried many things to get the app working. After an hour she decided the equipment must be defective. I have received the replacement however have not installed it as of yet. Really appreciate the time and assistance I was given.
Cove security system view
Cove security system was very easy to set up. The customer support is excellent. I did have an issue with the indoor camera but it was resolved quickly. I would recommend getting the cove plus. Being able to control the system with my smart phone is very handy. I would recommend the Cove security system to anyone.

Purchased about 2 months ago. Price very affordable for my 3 bedroom ranch. Installed window and door sensors, motion detectors and camera in about 2 hrs. Very easy. Programmed everything in less than 1 hr. This system is absolutely great. Easy to use great responsive unit. Just signed up for one free month monitoring, but will probably keep. Love rhe outdoor camera, I have 100 acres of woods in back of my property. My wife geels very safe with this system.

Excellent customer service for defective equipment
I received a defective outdoor camera with my order. I called customer service expecting the all so typical run around. Instead, the customer service rep had me try a couple of things to troubleshoot the problem. When those did not work she promptly said they would send me a replacement camera and emailed me a return label for the bad camera. I was on the phone less than ten minutes and I received the new camera in three days. It was a wonderful customer service experience.
