I love our Cove system but when it lost its cellular connection I had to contact customer service. My chat agent (Mary) got all my information then called me at a time that was convenient for me. Mary was beyond helpful with troubleshooting my panel, super polite, and patient. She got everything fixed up for me to get a replacement panel sent out the same day. Thank you Mary!!

Gracely responded within minutes of my email about the equipment savings feature and got it corrected asap. Couldnt have ask for a better experience. So far our system has been working flawlessly besides one morning wife forgot to disarm before letting dog out but got to it fast enough so wasnt a problem. Very pleased with the cost of everything and 25 bucks a month is well worth the piece if mind. Keep up the good work cove employees

Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the system to work in our area. We didn't have an AT&T signal. I had to return the system. I have to say that the customer service through this experience was excellent. Never had to wait on hold and they processed my return immediately. Would highly recommend this service even though it didn't work for me.
