I purchased covers art in January 15th…

Update, Brayden a manager with cove called me and we resolved my issue. I cannot begin to say how much his help was in resolving the issue. It was some loss communication internally within cove however he assisted me and resolved my issue. I purchased covers smart in January 15th 2022. It has been installed since January 22nd of 2022. I have talked to 3 technicians and a handful of customer care associates. I was told I needed a new panel. The new panel order was placed on February 22nd 2022. It still has not arrived. I’ve talked to 3 people since then asking whhere my panel is. Nothing as of today Was supposed to be delivered fed ex within 5-10 business days. It’s been 17 business days. Fix this issue or in sending back this $400 plus unit Give me a call if you want to keep your customer base

I have used Cove since 2020. I have no complaints at all. The one time I did have to contact them to get a certificate to send to my home insurance company, they responded via their customer service email within the hour and sent a certificate to me right away. Rod helped me and he was great!

I already had the cove security system which I am very happy with, but I decided to update and use the cove app and special features. I had to update my cameras and it took a while, but it was easy and Kath was a wonderful service person. Very knowledgeable and patient with someone who does not know electronics as well I as should, but she made it very easy. Very pleased with the upgrade and personal service from Kath. Thank you

Love Covesmart and would absolutely recommend to friends. It's competitive pricing, easy to install, love the monitoring service and the peace of mind that goes with it. Even when I set off my own alarm at least 1x month on accident. Lol
