Jay provided truly superb service
Jay provided truly superb service. I had called to run a test of the system and Jay identified a problem I was not yet aware of with one of the door sensors I had installed. He was very patient while I went to get a ladder and tool to remove and reposition the sensor. The new location resolved the issue. In addition to running the alarm test, he also assisted me in resetting the alarm delays based on my preferences. He was extremely helpful, answering all the questions I threw at him.

Charlie assisted me in completing my alarm system's installation. She stayed by my side (figuratively speaking) through all the final steps. She got me onto the phone app and saved me the trouble of having to check every door and window sensor myself. She even filled me in on billing, so I did not have to make an extra call to customer service.
