Cove set up

When receiving the Cove System, I thought it would take less than an hour but much to my dismay, the system set up (for me) was not as easy as advertised. But thanks to you willing assistant, Charles.... He sure made it a breeze. He was a pleasure to work with and he did not make me feel inadequate at all. I love the system thus far.... Daffodil answered all my questions! I just had a couple questions about the monthly fees and how the system alerts the police in case of an emergency. I was asking these questions in order to get a quote on homeowners insurance. Daffodil was polite and thoroughly answered all of my questions.

My previous security system that ran on…

My previous security system that ran on a 3G cellular system “sunsetted” when 4g and now 5G took over. The old provider wanted more for a new panel than Cove charged for a whole new system. Installation was extremely easy with the panel walking me through all the steps. I have recommended the system to a friend that also loves it.

Pretty happy

Installation went well, had small issues with "closing installation" of a couple of sensors. Installation won't go forward unless you finished previous step. But overall pretty good. LCD screen makes everything easy. Like having fobs, but wish there was feedback that operation was performed, particularly come back home. I guess one can use smartphone for it. Had power outage, but battery kicked in right away. Overall pretty happy

To be concise and not reveal too much personal information. Just before Christmas I purchased an alarm system from Cove. It arrived too close to Christmas and we had no time to install in a vacant apartment in another city. Then along came Covid and we all became sick and were house bound. Unaware that Cove was charging me to monitor the location without it being installed. I called and talked with a representative and he with a supervisor and they agreed to take back the alarm and reverse the the charges to my credit card. They were kind and thoughtful in their consideration of my situation. They are sending a return label and after they receive the package will complete the credit to my credit card. I was treated with respect and dignity and I want others to know this!
