Sound system, simple set up and good technical support

Overall the process was simple and via the assistance of the cove technical individual we were able to easily walk through the process set up the equipment verify and answer any questions my wife or I had good overall experience.

Ms. Reyna is awesome! As a user with five accounts (and counting), keeping up with the account 'default user' and 'default passphrase' sometimes is a bit awkward on new accounts. But no fear! COVE Support is here. A little online chat fixes it right up! Accounts get linked, users setup, and default names changed (to the property address -ish). Support is always awesome, especially when my issues are specific to having many accounts. Ms. Reyna quickly determined that I did not need another RTFM solution, and was very patient in helping me help myself. In no time at all we are good to go. I do appreciate GREAT support. Thank you Ms. Reyna. And Thank you to COVE.
