Everything has been great

Everything has been great! We have had the system for about a year now and everyone is so nice and helps solve the situation. Dhen was very helpful today with changing information on my account. Last night I didn’t know the house was armed and the alarm was going off so dispatch called me within 5 minutes and I couldn’t remember my safe word so they sent a cop out all within 30 minutes. So I feel safe knowing they act quickly. Highly recommend!

Had a problem with the panel not being online and called tech support. Talked with an agent named Keith who was very gentle and kind. He walked me through the steps on how to reactivate the connection with ease! Now, im back and running! Thank you Keith!

Everything came promptly and complete

Everything came promptly and complete. I found that I needed additional parts and they also were sent promptly. (1) motion detector was defective, I called them up, they took care of me right away and after testing it a few times they agreed it was defective and sent me a new one. NOW the camera they sent me still does not work and I haven't taken the time to pursue it. It was free and I don't really need it anyway. My only complaint is that they don't give you enough choices for naming you detectors. I have (2) car garage doors, (2) entry doors to the garage and (2) entry doors into the house. They just offered a few naming options. That's OK because we got tired of hearing the spoken names and turned them off anyway. lol
